style=\"font-size:30px\"><strong>\u4e86\u89e3\u6211\u4eec\u65e8\u5728\u4f18\u5316\u60a8\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u6d41\u7a0b\u7684\u5168\u9762\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"contents-answer\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e13\u957f\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u4e3a\u610f\u5927\u5229\u91c7\u8d2d\u5b9e\u8df5\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u505a\u7684\u503c\u5f97\u4fe1\u8d56\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u8fd9\u51f8\u663e\u4e86\u9009\u62e9\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u5f8b\u5e08\u4e8b\u52a1\u6240\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u3002  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" id=\"contents-answer\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u5ba2\u6237\u5c06\u83b7\u5f97\u5728\u610f\u5927\u5229\u6210\u529f\u8fdb\u884c\u516c\u5171\u91c7\u8d2d\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u89c1\u89e3\u548c\u5b9e\u7528\u5efa\u8bae\uff0c\u4f7f\u4f01\u4e1a\u80fd\u591f\u91c7\u7528\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u6218\u7565\u6765\u9a7e\u9a6d\u8fd9\u4e00\u590d\u6742\u7684\u73af\u5883\u3002<br\/><\/p>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4e86\u89e3\u610f\u5927\u5229\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u5185\u5bb9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u5728\u610f\u5927\u5229\u5f00\u5c55\u4e1a\u52a1\u65f6\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u7262\u56fa\u638c\u63e1\u8be5\u56fd\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u3002\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u653f\u5e9c\u5b9e\u4f53\u4ece\u79c1\u8425\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u5904\u83b7\u53d6\u8d27\u7269\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\"><strong>\u610f\u5927\u5229\u7684\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u65e8\u5728\u4fc3\u8fdb\u516c\u5171\u91c7\u8d2d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u516c\u5e73\u7ade\u4e89\u3001\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u95ee\u8d23\u5236\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2 wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u610f\u5927\u5229\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u5341\u5206\u590d\u6742\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u5168\u9762\u4e86\u89e3\u672c\u56fd\u548c\u6b27\u76df\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002\u5b83\u6d89\u53ca\u5404\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u5305\u62ec<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/italianbusinesslawyers.com\/practice-areas\/contract-law\/\">\u5408\u540c\u8ba2\u7acb<\/a><\/strong>\u62db\u6807\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3001\u5408\u540c\u5c65\u884c\u548c\u4e89\u8bae\u89e3\u51b3\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5e0c\u671b\u83b7\u5f97\u516c\u5171\u91c7\u8d2d\u673a\u4f1a\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bb6\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u9a7e\u9a6d\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9519\u7efc\u590d\u6742\u7684\u95ee\u9898\u53ef\u80fd\u5177\u6709\u6311\u6218\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u4e3a\u786e\u4fdd\u5408\u89c4\u5e76\u6700\u5927\u9650\u5ea6\u5730\u63d0\u9ad8\u6210\u529f\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c<strong>\u5411\u610f\u5927\u5229\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u65b9\u9762\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63f4\u52a9\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981<\/strong>\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u8be5\u9886\u57df\u7684\u4f7c\u4f7c\u8005\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6574\u4e2a\u91c7\u8d2d\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u63d0\u4f9b\u91cf\u8eab\u5b9a\u5236\u7684\u5efa\u8bae\u548c\u6307\u5bfc\u3002   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u610f\u5927\u5229<strong>\u7535\u5b50\u91c7\u8d2d style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5916\u56fd\u4f01\u4e1a\u5bb6\u548c\u516c\u53f8\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u5728\u610f\u5927\u5229\u590d\u6742\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u4e16\u754c\u4e2d\uff0c\u627e\u5230\u53ef\u9760\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63f4\u52a9\u5728\u4f01\u4e1a\u751f\u547d\u7684\u5404\u4e2a\u9636\u6bb5\u90fd\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002 style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u968f\u7740\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u62e5\u6709\u4e00\u652f\u77e5\u8bc6\u6e0a\u535a\u3001\u7ecf\u9a8c\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u56e2\u961f\u5728\u60a8\u8eab\u8fb9\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u786e\u4fdd\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u548c\u964d\u4f4e\u6f5c\u5728\u98ce\u9669\u65b9\u9762\u53d1\u6325\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:400\">\u610f\u5927\u5229\u7684\u91c7\u8d2d\u6cd5\u540c\u65f6\u53d7\u56fd\u5bb6\u548c\u6b27\u76df\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u5236\u7ea6\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5411\u5728\u56fd\u9645\u5546\u4e1a\u6cd5\u65b9\u9762\u62e5\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7ecf\u9a8c\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u5bfb\u6c42\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6307\u5bfc\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002
