Alessandro Iacovazzi

International Business Lawyer | Attorney at Law | Cross-Border Legal Advisor

I’m Alessandro Iacovazzi, a qualified Italian lawyer with a strong focus on international business law, corporate and commercial transactions, and cross-border legal advisory.

My journey began at the University of Bari, where I earned my law degree in 2005 with a thesis on Criminal Labour Law titled “Mobbing in Southern Italy.” Alongside my academic studies, I completed a Master’s in Applied Criminology and Legal Psychology under the guidance of Prof. Carlo Serra at La Sapienza University of Rome, deepening my understanding of workplace dynamics and psychosocial risk factors

Driven by a passion for international law, I developed my early legal career in the United Kingdom, gaining hands-on experience with international law firms and legal associations. In 2010, I started collaborating with Gaglione International Law Firm in London, managing the Italian Desk and liaising with renowned firms such as Rochman Landau LLP and Wellers LLP.

Today, I continue to operate across Italy and internationally, serving as Of Counsel to SLIG Law Firm LLP (London) and advising businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals on matters including:

I also serve as a bankruptcy trustee at the Court of Bari, collaborate with national and foreign law firms, and contribute to the International Relations Commission of the Bari Bar Association. My role includes assisting with enforcement procedures and advising on complex international matters.
